We strive to provide accurate, accessible, and up-to-date cardiovascular science that supports your clinical and academic journey. As our product is a subscription-based digital service, and access to premium content is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns once a subscription has been purchased.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital product, all payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable. This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Unused or partially used subscriptions
- Dissatisfaction with the content after access is granted
- Incompatibility with your device or operating system
- Subscription renewals, unless canceled prior to the renewal date
We encourage you to explore the free content and app features before purchasing a subscription. Detailed previews and sample summaries are available within the app to help inform your decision.
Automatic Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions purchased through the CardioScholar app (via Google Play or the Apple App Store) may be set to auto-renew. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings through your respective app store account.
- To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.
- Canceling your subscription will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund of past payments.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have encountered a billing issue, we encourage you to first contact us directly at info@rapidresearchreview.com so we may investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
All disputes related to subscriptions or billing should be initiated within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Disputes raised through third-party platforms (for example, credit card chargebacks or app store dispute mechanisms) may delay or limit our ability to assist you effectively.
- Abuse of the dispute process (for example, repeated unfounded claims) may result in account suspension or termination.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. While our policy is strictly no-refund, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review individual cases and grant partial or full refunds in exceptional, verifiable situations (for example, duplicate billing due to a system error).
Content Access and Updates
Once a subscription is activated, users gain instant access to all premium features, including summarized articles, personalized updates, and exclusive review tools.
- We regularly update our content to ensure relevance and accuracy, but we do not guarantee the inclusion of specific studies or journals.
- Access may occasionally be restricted due to app maintenance, content updates, or third-party service disruptions, which do not qualify as grounds for refund.
